A Gathering for Christmas

What a wonderful and special day we had last Sunday in Hobart at our annual Christmas gathering. It was sold out months before and no-one had to pull out which was lovely for everyone.Of course Jo & Judy had also been working for months on our goodies and decorations to make the day feel extra special..

I had done some after Christmas shopping last year so we had lots of lovely treats for allSorry I didn’t order a few hundred extra of these special mini cloches – ladies – I have now, they are on their way across the seas and should be here next week. Tess lovingly made 70 little Christmas puds to treat everyone.Jo & Judy checking their handiwork – are we ready to open the doors?Amazing Abby and Emily – my helpers on the day (sorry no pic of Tess in the kitchen but she did an amazing job as always – couldn’t do the catering without her… and on uni holidays too..Shopping was frenetic!And much stitching was done amongst chatter, laughter and stories of days gone by.We had girls come from QLD, NSW, VIC and SA for the day – how lovely – I hope they enjoyed the trip..

once again my sincere thankyou to my team. I know we do a great job at our events but its only possible due to the passion and dedication of my fantastic girls – who all share my love of joining together through stitching….
